The Podcast Parties platform goes WAY beyond Zoom
Podcast Parties are hosted on a virtual event platform that not only allows you to speak to your fans, but also enables your fans to speak to each other. It’s a unique opportunity to build a community by empowering your listeners to connect with one another.
Podcast Parties offer two modes:
- Presentation Mode: Guests watch a presentation with the ability to chat in a text window. This mode is similar to other virtual conference platforms. We recommend that less than a third of your event’s time be spent in Presentation Mode because…
- Conversation Mode: THIS is the feature that excites guests! Conversation Mode allows them to meet new people in a way that’s unlike any other virtual experience. Your guests see a ballroom floorplan with tables. They join a table by double-clicking on it; now they’re videoconferencing with everyone else at that table. Guests can mix and mingle by switching tables at any time. We recommend that the majority of your event be spent in Conversation Mode because your guests will rave about it.
The Process
Step 1: Set Up
Select a date and give your event a name. Decide whether you want to sell tickets or give them away. We’ll set up the event registration page and send you the link.
Step 2: Invite
Invite your fans to your party through your podcast, your website, your email database, and social media.
Step 3: Get Sponsors
Podcast Parties provide a unique opportunity for sponsors to communicate with your fans one-on-one.
Step 4: Record a Presentation
You can record your own presentation or we can help you create one. Or you can solicit videos from your guests!
Step 5: Go Party!
On the day of the event, we handle the production so you can focus on meeting and greeting your guests.
